Oleuropein is a natural product revealing large variety of biological activity. The products are functionalized to increase the activity in pharmaceutical industry. Theoretical calculations were carried out for oleuropein derivatives display target compound exhibiting most effects. Hence, synthetic chemists able get inspired synthesize active derivatives. chemical properties have been investigated theoretically.
